Properties of Omega 99FG
Omega 99FG Food Grade “Seize-Stop” is an economical and multi-purpose assembly paste for the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
- performs equally well at extremely high temperatures and at sub-zero temperatures, and is suitable for industrial installations ranging from freezers to ovens.
- requires only a thin film for maximum performance, even at high temperatures.
- is easy to apply manually as a paste and has excellent adhesion.
- contains no mineral hydrocarbons, animal materials, nut oils or genetically modified ingredients.
- is highly resistant to water washout and to corrosion.
- has a wide temperature range; from -30°C to 450°C (or higher, depending on actual operating conditions).
- meets or exceeds the stringent MRO requirements of the food industry, NSF H1 classification.
Applications of Omega 99FG
Omega 99FG Food Grade “Seize-Stop” is a premium assembly paste for the food & beverage and pharmaceutical industries.
Use Omega 99FG for lubricating bushings, slideways and small open gears in food/cleaning environments.
The assembly paste is suitable for use as a multi-purpose anti-seize and assembly compound in food machinery and processing equipment.
Omega 99FG is used for bolts and studs, stainless-steel fasteners, and food-processing equipment such as bottling lines, etc., that are regularly exposed to water.
